a distinguished lawyer, respected law professor, and seasoned hospitality executive with over 20 years of leadership experience as the Chief Operating Officer of one of Cebu’s major hotels. Known for her sharp legal mind and exceptional operational expertise, she has built a career grounded in discipline, service excellence, and strategic vision.
Beyond the boardroom and the classroom, Atty. Dalnay is a foodie & passionate traveller whose passion for exploration fuels her work and worldview. She immerses herself in cultures, communities, and experiences across the Philippines and beyond, bringing a global perspective to everything she does. Chef Cris
author, chef, entrepreneur, and creative force whose career spans culinary arts, travel, business development, and brand innovation. She is the author of The Fine Defined, a book that reflects her refined business venture, deep cultural appreciation, and passion for elevating Filipino flavours and experiences.
Her journey in the travel industry began long before Veloura. As the owner of Real Travel Connection in Cebu City, she built a reputation for crafting personalised tours, destination weddings, events, and seamless travel experiences. Her expertise and entrepreneurial spirit continued to flourish when she migrated back to the UK in 2008, where she expanded her creative ventures even further.
Chef Cris is also the founder of the Guru‑awarded Kusina Restobar, the first and only Filipino kitchen on the island, a groundbreaking concept that introduced authentic Filipino cuisine to a global audience.
From 2020 to 2023, she created and led Metier Ingenuity, a platform that showcased her talent for concept development, branding, and creative strategy. This project further cemented her reputation as a visionary capable of turning ideas into thriving enterprises.
Today, Chef Cris brings her decades of experience, artistry, and adventurous spirit to Veloura. Her work is driven by curiosity, culture, and a commitment to excellence — making her an essential part of the team that shapes meaningful travel and lifestyle experiences.
Christopher
Christopher is one of Veloura’s youngest yet most dynamic Travel Counsellors, bringing with him a rare blend of global exposure, technical expertise, and an adventurous spirit. Born in Cebu and raised in the UK, he began traveling at just six months old, exploring Asia and Europe long before most children take their first steps. At four, he migrated to the UK, where his multicultural upbringing shaped his curiosity, confidence, and love for discovering the world.
At only 22, Christopher has already made his first international investment, purchasing a unit in Mandani Bay, Cebu — a future Bed & Breakfast he envisions as a welcoming space for travellers seeking comfort and authenticity. His early leap into property investment reflects his forward‑thinking mindset and commitment to building meaningful ventures connected to travel and hospitality.
Professionally, Christopher is a young Industrial Engineer working in Denmark, contributing to the development of wind turbines; a field that aligns with innovation, sustainability, and global progress. Despite his technical career, his heart remains deeply connected to travel. He loves exploring authentic cuisines, enjoys the serenity of the beach, and embraces the thrill of water sports.

Engr. Junjun
Junjun is a highly skilled Computer Engineer whose expertise spans web design, front‑end engineering, software development, and mobile app creation. With a passion for building seamless digital experiences, he has become a versatile developer capable of turning ideas into intuitive, functional technology. He is currently completing his MBA in Abu Dhabi, further strengthening his leadership, business strategy, and innovation skills.
Despite his strong technical background, Junjun’s heart has always belonged to travel. Growing up in a close‑knit family that valued exploration, he learned early on that the world is best experienced together. Some of his most cherished memories are from family trips — discovering new cities, trying local dishes, and sharing laughter in places far from home. These journeys shaped his belief that travel is not just about seeing destinations, but about strengthening bonds and creating stories that last a lifetime.
